Onsite Hay Storage Unlimited Gate Access
Terms for storing your purchased hay at my location.
You have the option to store your hay here with unlimited access to the gate during our business hours, which are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, seven days a week. Please note that this storage option is available for purchased hay only, for a maximum of 12 months from the date of purchase.
If you require assistance loading hay bales, a $10 fee will be charged for tractor assistance. Additionally, for safety purposes, please ensure that all minors must remain in the vehicle at all times while on the property.
Please be advised, enter the property at your own risk. Scudder Ranch LLC and the land owners are not responsible for any damage or injuries occurred while customers are picking up or handling hay products, or while hay is being loaded onto your trailer or truck.

Storage cancellations and entry restrictions
Scudder Ranch LLC has the right to refuse entry and or cancel storage service.
Key Pad Usage
A code will be issued to you for access. Code will have entry time restrictions. Put code in the key pad and select the home button to activate the code.
Exit of property there is a sensor by the telephone pole that will automatically open the gate.
